Volumes

Since my first abstract paintings, I make great use of the collages of fabrics and promote the volumes within my paintings. Some more than others contain these movements of fabrics, these undulating forms, those volumes which project the canvas into the third dimension into a kind of bas-relief. Yes, I am fascinated by sculpture, especially by the eccentric movements and the folds of baroque sculpture. Yes, I would like to place this in my paintings ... and besides, it is to be found here: in Fuite, the Fall of Icarus, or even in some Annunciations..
